Terry Dunkin, MAI, CRE, SRA, CCIM — Principal

Terry Dunkin has more than 40 years of real estate valuation, brokerage, and consulting experience. He founded Dunkin Real Estate Advisors in 2012. Previously he was Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis Landauer (2010–2012) and spent twenty-seven years as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Cassidy Turley’s (formerly Colliers Pinkard) Valuation Advisory Services Group, managing valuation and consulting projects both foreign and domestic. He began his career providing valuation services at Maryland National Bank in Baltimore.

Joshua Dunkin, FCP — Chief Executive Officer

Joshua Dunkin is Chief Operating Officer and Broker of Record of Dunkin Real Estate Advisors, leading the firm’s foreign and domestic business development across more than 90 countries. A licensed real estate broker and appraiser with nearly twenty years of experience, he focuses on complex valuation, market studies, and strategic advisory assignments for institutional, governmental, and private-sector clients. He has supported assignments for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), the Internal Revenue Service, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as foreign and domestic corporations.

He serves as Vice President of the World Council of Experts for FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, which holds consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). He holds the FCP (FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional) designation and has completed advanced real estate coursework at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School in real estate investment, finance, capital markets, and sustainable development.
